Emma had her first recital with her new dancing program yesterday. It was really cute. And she had tons of fun. I swear, that girl was made to be in front of people. She had a huge adrenaline rush after, and was just thrilled with it.
She got to wear some makeup, and thought that was really cool.
Her dance was a gingerbread dance, to the song cookie monster sings "gingerbread man."
She was a darling little gingerbread girl, and remembered her steps in her dance surprizingly well.
And Dan had flowers for her after the show. That was a huge deal for her, and made all the hard work worth it.
Grandma and Grandpa and Aunt Trish also came down to watch Emma (in her three minutes of glory) and she loved having them there. We went and got ice cream after, and she had a great night. And then this morning, she slept until 10:00! Yay!!!

She is so cute! And I think she looks like she'd make a wonderful dentist!
Adorable! That brings back so many memories! I hope she will show me some of her moves next time I see her :)
