Mommy and Emma had a special girl's date with Aunt Krissy and Addie yesterday. We went to a Fairy Tea Party. It was so "lovely," in Emma's word.

Excited cousins getting ready. We let them put sparkles all over their faces and come up with their own outfits.

Emma's favorite part of the day, by far, was the Fairy King. She thought he looked like a nice grandpa, and even asked me if he might be grandpa H. It didn't matter that he wasn't though, she walked right up to him, hopped on his lap and had a good little chat. Later, she told me "he said his name was NICE." I'm just guessing that's not quite right.

There were fairy ballerinas who danced for us while we ate our treats.

This is the host of the party. All the little girls wanted to go say hi to her.

Ballerinas again.

I posted the following pictures just to illustrate how hard it is to get a four-year-old, full of energy, to smile sweetly at the camera. IMPOSSIBLE!

I love the fairy party!! How stinking adorable!! Where do you find a party like that? I guess it really doesn't matter...not like I have a fairy to go with me!

How fun! Definitely not something I will be attending anytime soon, but I just know Emma was in heaven. We'll be in town in about 2 weeks. Hope we can get together!
